One Republic's "Stop and Stare" - the chorus at least - fits this "scene" nicely.


This angsting fellow is Quan / Kwan, another of my original characters ( !! ). C: Bruises and bite marks look great on him. He and Seung are a part of another comic mine. I'm fond of the idea as well as these two angst puppies. This certainly won't be the last of them you see, SO GET USE TO SEEING THEIR UGLY MUGS HOKAY.


Also.

HOW COME NO ONE TOLD ME BLONDE HAIR WAS SO AKJSDJAS IMPOSSIBLE TO PAINT? I would have posted this like, a week or so ago if it hadn't been for that hair of his. His hair is suppose to be nearly bleach blonde, but it looked unfinished with how I had painted it, so I let the texture override my failure.

YOUR TEXTURE SAVED HIS HAIR, ~uke-sama. I HOPE YOU DON'T MIND ME USING IT BBY. ;^; The background / texture used for the hair and shirt belongs to ~uke-sama. asdkjhas What are you guys doing here?! You should be viewing her ultra sexy gallery, not mineee.

My main character had baby blonde hair....and I agree, it is impossible to paint with out green tints through it. DX
I love his expression. ^^

Thank you! And unfortunately, depending on the picture, the green tints can make the character look... just odd. DD8 I'm going to have to purposely put myself through the horror of coloring a blonde haired character so I can practice haha.

I have to do it every time, I can't just make him a brunette because he's practically an albino. XD. I guess you just have to fiddle around with different colours and brush strokes, maybe even a new shading technique. I've take to looking at baby pictures of my boyfriend. (he was white blonde)...Unfortunately it just looks like a little white blob. XD

This looks amazing, the colors and textures in it are just phenomenal!!! I love the way the skin on the neck has that lavender tint...and the hair looks so great too!!! really an awesome piece!

nice 'feel', well not nice, but can get the feel, is what i mean~ it's so detailed, but maybe that's the overload of texture, which OMG I LUV THE TEXTURE!! @u@

wow, such great use of textures! ^_^ I love his skin colours too, and the little shiny spot on his nose~ XD I don't know why, but I adore it :heart:
it makes him all cute, despite the cigarette and the hardcore-ness of the whole picture :P
